Today I am making Valentines with scrap paper
I simply cut out the heart shape from the collage paper
and a coordinating paper heart for the back...
Tear book print into approximately 1" strips...
Then fold the strip making a "ruffle"
The paper ruffle can be adjusted to the curve by the shape and
closeness of the folds... I use hot glue to attach the paper ruffle,
The ruffle isn't perfect, but if any edges are detracting from the
overall heart shape, you can simple tear little bits off
{back}
{and front}
When I had the entire edge done...
I hot glued the back heart on to cover the rough backside
Then I embellished the heart!
I didn't have the perfect stamp, so I used Elmer's glue to
write "Love", and dusted with glitter...
I added a ribbon hanger, tissue paper flower and a heart cut out...
Thanks for stopping by!
xoxo
